what a great day our family had at the brevard zoo. great selection of animals and they are always adding new fun exhibits. we cannot wait to go back

This zoo has it all. The atmosphere is clean, well kept, and just beautiful. They keep adding more and more to this place. The admission prices are very reasonable, and the staff is great. I love that you can feed the giraffes, the train ride is loads of fun for everyone in the family, my son loves it! The kayak rides are great fun as well. Parking is adequate, the location is convenient, and the hours are good. They have special events all the time that are fun for the whole family. Annual passes are very affordable too. There is a nice gift shop, a clean snack bar area, and it's never hard to find someone if you want to ask some questions. They do camps in the summer for kids too. PROS: fun, convenient, inexpensive CONS: none

We love this zoo. It is just a short drive so you don't have to travel far. It is a great place to be able to spend some time with animals and really watch them. So many other parks are so busy that you feel rushed and can't linger and enjoy the animals. We like the kayaking and the giraffes.
