The Chart House is known as one of the most upscale restaurants in the area. Recently had a filet mignon there and was seriously disappointed for the price. Overcooked steak and shrimp with nothing-to-write-home-about mashed potatoes. For a group of 8, the service seemed exceptionally slow. Salad bar is good. I prefer to go without reservations, sit in the lounge and enjoy the fact that they serve a generous glass of wine (great selection) and delicious unique appetizers, and the lava cake is a must. You're paying mostly for the setting, upscale, beautifully decorated, on the water. Currently they offer valet-only parking.

A lovely resturant overlooking the Indian River. Food is good, but a bit $$$ for what you get. The service is usually very good. The big plus used to be the salad bar. But they recently removed rasins and sunflower seeds from their selection of salad toppings and have offered no replacement.

First off the staff was very professional but down to earth at the same time. The service was impectable;never did you have to ask for a re-fill or a spare napkin anything,& they did it without making you feel invaded while having a conversation.very personable. Now the food:the prime rib was cooked to perfection,the ceaser was very good but alittle heavy on the garlic,the lobster bisque YUM! & lots of chunks of lobster,just the right touch of sherry.one complaint too much brocolli need more potatoe. The cake was so beautiful & then it was displayed so creatively & taste oooh... Agreat time was had by all & i highly recommend if you have a special occasion how ever big or small this the place to go to. kudo's to all the staff . Thankyou for a forever remeberable party. v.g.f.
